2.2 Redistribution, resale, or sharing of our templates without written permission is prohibited.
2.3 Once purchased, digital products are available for immediate download.
3. Personalised Services
3.1 Personalised services (e.g., custom resume writing, cover letters, LinkedIn optimisation) require client cooperation, including providing accurate and complete career information.
3.2 Turnaround times will be discussed at the time of purchase and may vary depending on client responsiveness.

Refund Policy
Digital Products (Templates)
- Due to the instant and electronic nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchase.
- If you experience technical issues accessing your template, please contact us at contact@zenithcareers.com.au, and we will provide support to ensure you receive your product.
Personalised Services
- Refunds are not available once work has commenced, as time and expertise are invested from the start.
- If you are unsatisfied with your resume or service, we offer a revision process to make reasonable adjustments and ensure your satisfaction.
- Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
